Fishing Summary & Analysis
Greetings from sunny and rainy Quepos! Stevie is back with another exciting update from Marina Pez Vela, and the fishing scene is absolutely buzzing right now.
Inshore anglers had a productive week, landing a variety of jacks, snappers, and a grouper, while successfully releasing six beautiful roosterfish. However, the real action happened offshore, where the numbers were truly impressive! The fleet brought in a massive haul of 404 mahi-mahi, 144 sailfish, and 78 tuna, along with one prized blue marlin.
If you have a competitive spirit, get ready because the Tuna Thunder tournament kicks off next week. You can find all the registration details and information at marinapezvela.com.
Finally, if your boat needs some TLC, the yard currently has space reserved for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. With the busy season fast approaching, these slots will fill up quickly, so be sure to email info@marinapezvela.com to keep your project on schedule.
Whether you’re chasing the big catch or getting your vessel shipshape, we’ll see you soon at the yard or the tournament!
